A Little Reminder

With our hectic day-to-day schedules, I think it's easy to overlook the many blessings the Lord has bestowed upon us. It is so important to recognize His hand in everything, and instead of dwelling on our personal trials, we should be constantly thanking our Father in Heaven for all the good things in our lives. Here are just a few of the blessings we have received (in no particular order, of course):

**Wonderful family members who love and support us
**Good health
**Food and shelter
**Logan!
**The opportunity to attend college
**Great friends
**Modern technology
**Being sealed in the temple for all eternity
**Numerous LDS temples in our area
**Missionaries and missionary work
**All the times the Lord has used others to bless us, and us to bless others
**Our testimonies of the importance and effectiveness of prayer
**The scriptures
**A reliable vehicle
**A country that allows us so many freedoms
**Safety
**The experience of having a difficult time getting pregnant again, as it will hopefully help us relate to others in the future and better understand their needs
**The opportunity to struggle financially so we can learn humility and faith, and so we can more easily appreciate the little things in life
**The blessing of having a wonderful marriage
**The knowledge that the Savior lives and suffered for each one of us out of pure love
**The trials that bring us closer together and closer to the Lord
**Family Home Evening
**The times we have been blessed even though we didn't deserve it

We know there are so many more blessings that haven't been listed, and it is our hope that you will also take a moment to reflect on some of the great things the Lord has placed in your lives.
